Join us for a calming and restorative workshop designed to nurture your well-being from the inside out. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the vital role of the nervous system in managing stress and maintaining balance in our daily lives, and why we need to tend to our nervous system now more than ever. We’ll explore herbs that nourish & nurture the nervous system as well as protect our bodies from stress, and create tea blends that participants can incorporate into their daily self-care practices.
🌿 What You’ll Learn:
The basics of nervous system care and why it’s essential for overall health.
Herbs that support stress resilience and nourish the nervous system.
How to blend and create your own herbal teas tailored to your specific needs.
🌼 What We’ll Do:
Through a mix of guided learning, reflection, and practice, you’ll gain tools to enhance your daily wellness practices. After learning about the herbs specific to the nervous system and stress resilience, you’ll create your very own soothing tea blend--a perfect addition to your self-care routine or daily practices (depending on the availability of herbs near you, the tea blend will be materialized during the workshop or afterwards: we’ll create a buddy system for accountability!)
You’ll also receive our online guide featuring detailed plant profiles and explanations of herbs that support the nervous system and stress resilience.
